What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges vary by destination and the size of package. Below is the full list of prices:

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all relevant customs and VAT charges for your destination.

How long will delivery take?

We process and send orders within 4 business days (Monday to Friday from 9:00 am till 7:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays).

Please refer to the chart below for shipping methods as well as shipping costs and delivery times for your destination, but please note that we cannot guarantee delivery within these time frames:

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Please be assured that shopping with us is secure and we take data protection seriously. Your information is protected under the applicable data protection legislation and will not be passed on to a third party.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have placed an order with us, we will process this on our side. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been successfully placed. Once shipped, you will receive another email confirming that your order is on it’s way.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an invoice via email once your order has been placed with us. An invoice will also be included in hard copy with your delivery.

Can I track my parcel?

Once we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

What is your returns policy?

We hope that you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases within 14 days of receipt.

Return costs:

You, as the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returns conditions:

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached
  • Merchandise must be returned in one package

Refunding the purchase:

Once the return has been checked by us, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
  • The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
  • The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
  • The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider
